The Beat featuring Ranking Jnr plus Rudi's Message

It’s time to turn up the tempo as Falmouth Week welcomes an unmissable Ska Night on Thursday 14th August at The Waterfront Marquee (Church Street Car Park)!

One of the key bands of the UK ska revival, The Beat shot to fame in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s with hits like Mirror in the Bathroom, Too Nice to Talk To, and Tears of a Clown. Now, Ranking Jnr is keeping his father Ranking Roger’s legacy alive, delivering high-energy performances packed with rhythm, rebellion, and infectious beats.

Joining them are Rudi’s Message, Cornwall’s very own ska heavyweights, guaranteed to get the crowd moving with their dynamic mix of two-tone classics and high-energy originals.
