Pink Wig Mermaid March!
Kicking off Falmouth Week in spectacular style, The Pink Wig ‘Mermaid March’ will transform the streets into a sea of pink, uniting women in a powerful display of strength, support, and solidarity for those affected by breast cancer.
The event is now delivered by Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity and the Falmouth Town Team, all in aid of The Mermaid Centre—Cornwall’s dedicated breast cancer facility.
Since its inception in 2009, the original Pink Wig Committee has raised over £220,000 for breast cancer charities, with an outstanding £119,000 donated directly to The Mermaid Centre.
