Watch a spectacular fireworks display illuminate the inner harbour and skyline from 10pm!
Position yourself at one of the many vantage points through the town including all along Falmouth Harbour, Events Square, Custom House Quay, Prince of Wales Pier and the Docks Lookout Point to enjoy the show!
PLEASE NOTE: The display will be postponed to Saturday 16th August if the weather is poor.

Join us on The Moor throughout Falmouth Week for a laid-back celebration of local talent, curated by SourceFM. Expect an eclectic mix of live music from some of the best emerging and established artists in the area.

Museum Corner
Throughout Falmouth Week, a different local museum will be taking over our Museum Corner gazebo on The Moor each day from 10am to 3pm. Come along to meet staff from museums across Cornwall, explore fascinating objects, and get involved with creative, hands-on activities for all ages. A great way to discover the amazing culture and heritage on your doorstep!
On Friday 15th August, join Penlee House, an elegant gallery and museum in Penzance, known for its beautiful collection of 19th and 20th-century Cornish art. Come along and meet some of Penlee house’s volunteers, and learn all about their collection!
Face Painting
Adding a splash of colour and sparkle to the event, Kerry’s Krazy Faces will be located on The Moor and Nat’s Tatts Airbrush Tattoos can be found on Events Square.
Offering safe, professional, and imaginative transformations Kerry’s Crazy Faces use gentle, skin-safe paints so that every face can become a canvas for creativity and fun.
Nat’s Tatts brings the cool factor with vibrant airbrush tattoos, a fantastic choice for those wanting a temporary design that looks impressively real. With a wide range of patterns and colours to choose from, there’s something for every personality.
Falmouth Art Gallery Workshop
Join Falmouth Art Gallery to craft your very own kaleidoscope, a simple but magical optical toy made using mirrors, card, and plenty of imagination.
Discover how reflections and patterns work, then design your own dazzling display to take home. A brilliant hands-on activity to round off a creative week!

The Bohemians plus The Retro Rock Show!
On Friday 15th August, we’re turning up the volume with a night of iconic rock at The Waterfront Marquee (Church Street Car Park) as we welcome The Bohemians with support from The Retro Rock Show!
Get ready for a high-energy rollercoaster ride through Queen’s greatest hits – from Don’t Stop Me Now and Killer Queen to Bohemian Rhapsody, I Want It All, and We Are the Champions. The Bohemians deliver an authentic audiovisual spectacle, re-creating legendary moments from Live Aid to Wembley ‘86.
Kicking off the night in style is The Retro Rock Show – a feel-good flashback to the golden age of rock with iconic tunes from Starship, Whitesnake, AC/DC, Def Leppard, Fleetwood Mac and more! Featuring Kerry O’Dowd (BBC’s The Voice), this support act is guaranteed to get the crowd warmed up and rocking from the first note.
